Shipping

Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Processing takes 1–3 business days from the date the order is placed. Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped the following business day. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Locations
We currently only ship to the USA and the United Kingdom, but we are looking to expand in the near future.

Delivery Time
Due to high demand, delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks after shipping. Most orders arrive within this window, but delays can occur due to customs, holidays, or courier volume.

Tracking Information
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. If tracking seems slow to update, this is normal while the package is in transit.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. Contact us at contact@reliefworks.co and we will take care of your issue promptly.
