Q: Do you ship worldwide?
No, we currently only ship to the USA and UK, but we are looking to expand in the near future.
Q: Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of ordering. After that time, your order will already be processing. If you miss the window, you can still return the order for a full refund once it arrives.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Processing takes 1–3 business days, with shipping the day after processing. Please allow extra time during peak seasons or holidays.

Due to current high demand, delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
